About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Rare Disease Commercial Strategy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute tactical programs that enhance customer engagement and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with medical and market access teams to ensure promotional materials are relevant and impactful for the local market and specific targets.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and compliance with allocated funds.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including Rare Experts and other important SHs.
  • Participate in Stakeholder Account Planning (SAP) to identify opportunities and best practices across different plans and ensure follow-up of action plans.
  • Build the competitive landscape and collaborate on market research initiatives with the CMI.
  • Include digital customer engagement programs in commercial action plans or projects in partnership with the Customer Excellence team.
  • Support and share digital innovations throughout the commercial organization.
Requirements
  • Academic degree (Bachelor or above) or equivalent experience.
  • Compliance training.
  • Meet local pharma industry requirements.
  • Education and training in sales methodology and sales technique.
  • Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of success.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and well-developed project management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
