**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio, acquiring new business, and reporting to the Sales Director.

**Job Description:**

In this role, you will:

  • Manage an existing customer portfolio and acquire new business while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute detailed sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead conversion to customer onboarding and account management.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and supporting customers in understanding our products and services.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role.
  • Proven ability to sell digital services and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong negotiation skills in sales planning and pipeline management.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Ability to handle the end-to-end sales process, from lead conversion to customer onboarding and account management.
