Per il nostro team di Milano, siamo in cerca di un candidato per un tirocinio come Junior Innovation and Energy Trading all'interno del Innovation & Digital Hub.

In A2A, l'innovazione è cruciale per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di sostenibilità, in linea con i principi fondamentali del nostro piano strategico: Economia Circolare e Transizione Energetica.

L'innovazione sostenibile è realizzata attraverso lo sviluppo delle competenze interne e l'espansione delle collaborazioni esterne, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale, grazie a un approccio di Open Innovation. Questo avviene in sinergia con le funzioni interne, come Corporate Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Building, Digital Emerging Tech, Digital Hub ed Ecosistema, e con le Business Unit del Gruppo.

Attività principali

  • Collaborare nella definizione, progettazione, lancio e gestione delle iniziative di Open Innovation del Gruppo A2A.
  • Supportare l'attività di scouting di startup e/o tendenze emergenti nel campo della transizione energetica, con particolare attenzione agli impianti di generazione di energia (fotovoltaici, eolici, idroelettrici e termoelettrici), al trading dell'energia e settori affini.
  • Partecipare o assistere nelle attività di Project Management per le iniziative di innovazione selezionate dal team di lavoro per la fase di sperimentazione all'interno della Business Unit Generazione e Trading del Gruppo.
  • Supportare le attività di due diligence per le operazioni di Corporate Venture Capital.
  • Promuovere e sviluppare una cultura dell'innovazione a tutti i livelli aziendali.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Laurea Magistrale in discipline STEM, preferibilmente in Fisica, Ingegneria Energetica, Elettrica o Meccanica; saranno considerati anche titoli di studio diversi o inferiori in presenza di esperienza pregressa nel settore.
  • È preferibile aver svolto un percorso accademico o una tesi su temi legati alle energie rinnovabili e/o ai sistemi di stoccaggio dell'energia, alla transizione energetica o ambiti correlati.
  • Costituisce un valore aggiunto l'esperienza in uno o più dei seguenti settori: Imprenditorialità & Startup, Innovazione, Project Management.
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese.
  • Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Completano il profilo: eccellenti capacità relazionali, creatività, proattività, predisposizione a lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e caratterizzato da rapidi cambiamenti, e abilità comunicative su più livelli.
