Job Overview

Condé Nast is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Creative Team as a Creative Producer Trainee. This role will provide support to our team of experienced Creative Producers in the development of video and photo productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the entire cycle of photo and video production, from pre-sale to post-production, both in the office and on set.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the CNCC and external teams, including administration offices and suppliers.
  • Support the creation of documents related to each production, such as pre-sale pitches, deep dives, and call sheets.
  • Monitor costs and update the production budget file.
  • Oversee the supplier onboarding process.
  • Track the progress of ongoing productions.

Requirements

  • Proficient working fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of Condé Nast brands and their tone of voice, particularly in the digital environment.
  • Previous experience or passion for photo and video productions is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
