Life as an Emirates Cabin Crew Member

Are you ready for a career that takes you places? As an Emirates cabin crew member, you'll be part of the world's largest international airline, enjoying a tax-free salary, free accommodation, and great travel perks for you and your family.

Starting Salary & Flying Pay

Your pay consists of three components: a fixed basic salary, an hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance. The basic salary is approximately AED 4,430 per month, with flying pay at AED 63.75 per hour, based on an average of 80-100 hours per month.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service

2. Positive attitude with the ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures

3. High school graduate (Grade 12)

4. Fluency in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage)

5. Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and minimum height of 160 cm to enable you to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types

6. No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings are not allowed)

Working Conditions

As an Emirates cabin crew member, you'll be based in Dubai and will need to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements. You'll be flying to destinations around the world, enjoying a dynamic work environment, and being part of a diverse team.
