Job Title: Accreditation Operations Manager

E-Work SpA, HR Executive Branch, is seeking a highly skilled Accreditation Operations Manager to support the "Giochi Mondiali Universitari Invernali di Torino 2025" event.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the activities of the Accreditation area, reporting directly to the Head of or Deputy. They will utilize production tools to finalize analysis and data collection for accreditation issuance, collaborate with other committee functions, and provide orientation and training to volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute Accreditation area activities, referring directly to the Head of or Deputy.
  • Utilize production tools to finalize analysis and data collection for accreditation issuance.
  • Collaborate with other committee functions, particularly Delegation Services, to complete and manage accreditation phases.
  • Provide orientation and training to volunteers, based on the area manager's definition.
  • Communicate and align with stakeholders involved in the event, requiring accreditation for their role or function.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the role or similar positions, preferably in companies managing and coordinating personal data.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, database creation programs, and communication platforms (Teams).
Desirable Skills:
  • Good communication and relational skills.
  • Team working and interaction with other functional areas for data entry flow management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and treating personal data of entities and associations.
  • Proactivity and flexibility.
Offer:

Contract for a fixed term for the duration of the event - full-time 40 hours from Monday to Friday, CCNL SERVIZI / TERZIARIO or convention with VAT.

The compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Workplace: Torino and Committee offices.

Candidates' applications will remain valid for 2 years from the position closure date and can be used for subsequent employment relationships and autonomous work assignments, without the need for a new recruitment and selection process.
