National Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships with partners in the Retail Technology and AIDC ecosystem.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing relationships with VARs, Systems Integrators, and Dealers
- Understand and implement company-wide partnering strategies
- Gaining in-depth product knowledge of Custom America products
- Providing technical support to channel partners
- Collaborating with Product Management and Marketing on joint marketing activities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in a previous Sales/Channel role within the Retail Technology or AIDC industries
- Solid track record of channel management, partner relationship building, and customer service
- Experience in growing sales and market share through the indirect channel
At Custom, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
