We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Co-Packing Intern to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Logistics and Co-Packing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing logistics and co-packing operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage logistics and co-packing operations, including inventory movements, system interfaces, and waste analysis.
- Analyze KPIs and track performance metrics to optimize logistics and co-packing processes.
- Conduct financial and economic evaluations to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Prepare budget support and participate in project team meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
- Develop strong relationships with co-packers and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Manage BOM updates for co-packed items and work closely with supply planning to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Participate in roll-out activities to deliver copack-related tasks within I2M projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Promote productivity projects, process optimization, and best practices implementation across the NWE E2E team.
- Student or recent graduate of Business school, University, or equivalent.
- Previous internship experience in logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong collaborative and team-working approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Office package and SAP environment (preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to establish good relationships with different people.
