Job Title: Junior Contract Control Specialist

Eni is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Contract Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Contract Control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our joint ventures with contractual terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the respect of contractual terms and conditions in joint ventures, ensuring the protection of Eni's interests.
  • Perform due diligence on past costs in case of asset acquisition.
  • Monitor audits received from affiliates, partners, or state-owned companies in joint venture activities.
  • Support affiliates in collecting information required by auditors, with a focus on those related to Eni's headquarters.
  • Verify, evaluate, and analyze exceptions received, particularly those common to multiple affiliates, to provide unified responses.
  • Support the identification of potential solutions for optimizing the debt recovery/allocation model.
  • Support affiliates in drafting responses to auditors on exceptions received.
  • Work with international teams composed of resources from various oil and gas players, ensuring the opportunity to learn about different business models in various countries where Eni operates in joint ventures with other operators.
  • Prepare various audit reports with clear indications for activities aimed at limiting risks and increasing operational efficiency in economic and financial terms, based on international best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 12-18 months of experience in administration and control, accounting firms, or consulting companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package; knowledge of SAP system is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, cooperate to achieve team results.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken); French as a plus.
