Caregiving Details
We care for children of various ages, from birth to 30 years old, who may require technology support, including g-tubes, trachs, and ventilators.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising care plans.
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with physician's treatment plans and individual care plans.
  • Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and changes in patient condition.
  • Provide ongoing instruction and supervision to clients, families, or other healthcare personnel.
  • Monitor and record patient condition and document provided care services.
  • Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, and staff meetings.
