About the Job
Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to lead the development of technical solutions and support the commercial organization in the Transmission Segment, specifically in the Submarine Power Cable business. This role will focus on EPCI projects for Offshore Wind, Interconnection, and Power from Shore applications. Key responsibilities include leading technical interactions with clients, developing technical solutions based on client requirements, and managing IMR sales and technical concepts.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead technical interaction with Clients.
• Develop Technical Solution based on Client's requirements and Company offering.
• Manage IMR sales and technical concepts.
• Track and manage IMR sales and technical concepts and models.

Requirements
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with strong project management skills and the ability to connect, analyze, and cluster data. She/He should have effective time management and technical skills, with an innate ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously. Travel requirements are 30-40% depending on the situation.
