Borsa Italiana Spa, the leading provider of Italian financial markets, is offering an internship opportunity in Monte Titoli, a renowned company specializing in efficient and secure financial market post-trade services.
Monte Titoli Settlement area is responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of settlement activities across the entire chain, from trading platforms and client systems to settlement platforms, including interactions with clearing systems. This role is part of the team responsible for the related Settlement documentation, enhancements, and development of the service, involving strong interactions with domestic and European institutions and supervising authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of Settlement services, ensuring their efficient and secure operation.
  • Contribute to operational processes, guaranteeing smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with business owners for testing activities, ensuring the quality of services.
  • Work with Product and Project Areas to identify technical and functional procedures implications, supporting the development of the service.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Economics or Finance, with a strong foundation in financial markets and settlement processes.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Team working attitude, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Precision, with attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
