We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Grocery Account Partnership Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our grocery partners, driving revenue growth through strategic guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the retail/FMCG industry or other high-growth companies. They will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a proven track record of creating long-term relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet our partners' needs. You will also be responsible for understanding their business goals and challenges, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important grocery partners
  • Builidng and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with grocery partners
  • Understanding partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions
  • Acting as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
