About the Role

Amplifon is seeking a skilled Marketing Omnichannel Offering Specialist-Sr Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the marketing function on a global and country level within a project team to design, deliver, test, and roll out omnichannel projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, gather, and formalize requirements, set priorities based on users' needs.
  • Ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with the tech team to plan and prioritize activities, optimizing resources and budget allocation while leveraging the latest technologies.
  • Anticipate project risks and report them to the manager in charge, providing possible solutions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of current processes, policies, standards, and evaluation principles.
  • Keep a constant focus on stakeholders, system integrators, and technological partners' needs.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, process improvement, marketing, or product marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing projects related to complex offering services and familiarity with pricing topics.
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • High-level understanding of Salesforce with previous experience on projects with Salesforce and reporting on Salesforce.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, think critically, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to work with high-energy and mission-driven colleagues.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingsness to travel in EMEA up to 50%.
