About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at iGenius, a leading AI company on a mission to humanize and democratize business data. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced machine learning models to drive business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and deliver advanced machine learning projects in both academic and commercial settings
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and explainable production-level code using Python and data science libraries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Designers, and Data Scientists, to understand customer needs and propose insightful solutions
  • Explore state-of-the-art machine learning research to improve current products and develop new ones
  • Continuously improve scientific and engineering skills through mentoring and guiding others
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or PhD in quantitative fields, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or Physics
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer (or a PhD)
  • Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals, including sampling theory, inference, and interpretation
  • Good knowledge of at least one applied machine learning field, such as Recommender Systems, NLP, Information Retrieval, Causal Inference, Time Series, or Knowledge Graph
  • Experience with deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Proficiency in SQL and Object-Oriented Programming
  • Experience with cloud resources, such as AWS or Google Cloud
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working closely with Product teams
  • Experience developing scalable solutions to handle large and complex data
  • Interest in MLOps best practices and tools, such as Kubeflow
  • Experience with Graph DB technologies
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies
