We are seeking a highly skilled Surveying Engineer to join our team at XYZ Reality Limited. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for conducting daily site inspections, producing reports, and coordinating with contractors to ensure the successful completion of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Daily Site Inspections: Utilize our cutting-edge Augmented Reality technology to inspect construction sites, ensuring that works are installed correctly and as per the BIM model.
- Produce Inspection Reports: Compile and submit detailed reports based on your inspections, highlighting any potential issues or errors.
- Coordinate with Contractors: Attend meetings with contractors to plan daily activities, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Process and Review Data: Verify the accuracy and reliability of acquired data, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
- Report to Senior Management: Maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring that all requested inspections are conducted within the specified time frame and reporting to our Senior FAE/FAE Manager.
- Develop Weekly Lookahead: Collaborate with contractors to devise a weekly lookahead of inspections, aligning with our master construction program.
- Prepare Revit Models: Obtain and prepare the latest approved Revit models to export into HoloSite.
- Qualifications: A degree in land surveying, geospatial or geodetic engineering, mechanical, electrical or civil engineering, construction management, construction engineering, BIM, or similar.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, ambition, and interest in new technology. Ability to operate a Total Station highly advantageous. Knowledge of 3D software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) or BIM/BIM360 desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
