Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support specialty crop field trials, develop technical reports, and provide training on our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical product support to sales teams and customers.
* Develop technical presentations and instructional aids for various audiences.
* Oversee field trials for existing and new products, including trial design, evaluation, and analysis.
* Collaborate with universities/research centers to conduct trials and report results.
* Prepare regular updates on trial progress and results for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Biology, Crop Science, or related fields required. Masters or PhD is a plus.
* Preferably at least a few years of experience in agriculture or agronomic fields.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools.
