About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Expert to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a key member of our Procurement department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: You will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: You will lead and support process improvement teams to optimize business processes and reduce costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will develop and communicate periodic trend and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Supplier Management: You will negotiate agreements with main suppliers, run benchmark studies, and create local contract amendments.
  • Category Management: You will support regional/global sourcing initiatives within defined categories, working closely with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: You will possess advanced knowledge of Office suite, Teams, and PowerBI.
  • Education: You will hold a degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering, Economy, or STEM.
  • Language Skills: You will be proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
