Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Automation Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement software solutions for our rail systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Java development, microservices, and software management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper requirements management for all software lifecycle phases
  • Design and implement complete software solutions, including components, documentation, and tools
  • Contribute to the identification and application of software automation common methodologies, technical solutions, and best practices
  • Ensure requirement identification and mapping into specific detailed software requirements
  • Develop SW platforms in accordance with Automation needs and principles
  • Define and execute SW test planning, including setting up test environments and simulator engines
  • Resolve any SW issues affecting project delivery
Requirements
  • Java development experience
  • Microservices development approach
  • Knowledge of software management tools and version control software (git)
  • At least 3 years of working experience
Desired Skills

Knowledge of in-memory data grid platforms (e.g. Infinispan) and message-oriented middleware (e.g. ActiveMQ). Knowledge of Java Spring framework.

Education/Qualifications

University Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent technical/scientific background.

Language

Fluent knowledge of English (written & spoken).
