Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Purchasing Department, responsible for managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services;
- Manage purchase orders from emission to delivery, ensuring compliance with company directives;
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions;
- Monitor supplier performance and provide regular reporting and analysis;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
- Economic education;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Excellent MS Office skills;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Dynamic personality, proactivity, and hands-on approach;
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Additional Information
The position is available in Asolo HQ (TV).
