About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Excellence Expert to join our team in Lodi. This role will be responsible for driving operational improvements and cost savings initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement re-layouts of production lines to optimize workflows and increase efficiency;
  • Develop and promote projects to reduce waste and improve productivity;
  • Analyze non-conformities and manage customer complaints to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tools;
  • Perform Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) to identify risks and potential improvements;

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodology;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Italian (B2-C1);

  • A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience;
