Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the store's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Coordinate and control daily store activities, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage orders and inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.
  • Plan and coordinate staff schedules, monitor performance, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the retail or food service industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact with customers.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
