Publicis Groupe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant (Internship) for its Milan offices.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and ATS tools
  • Screen and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Participate in career events and fairs
  • Manage HR tools and platforms
  • Update reports and analytics
  • Support internship activations, extensions, and terminations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A great interest in HR and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel
  • An academic background in HR or similar (nice-to-have)
