Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.

  • Will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.
  • Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.
Experience and Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Proposal Manager, preferably in projects related Public Infrastructure works, at both national and international levels, will be considered as a relevant plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Infrastructure Civil Work sector, preferably with background on Civil Design and/or Hydraulic the challenges and opportunities present in this context.
  • Management Skills: Proven skills in managing proposals and bids, including overseeing multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English, and preferably French), with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.
