Job Title: Project Quality and Risk Manager

Description:
As a Project Quality and Risk Manager at PAREXEL, you will contribute to the development of therapies that positively impact patients. You will work closely with international peers and colleagues, leveraging your expertise in quality and risk management to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate work with regional teams to develop and optimize work processes.
  • Provide operational leadership through mentoring new and junior team members.
  • Assume lead of Quality oversight responsibility and ensure the execution of the Project Quality Life Cycle Plan (PQLC) within projects.
  • Partner with operational delivery teams to maintain an inspection-ready state and support operations, leadership, and clients.
  • Coordinate Critical to Quality (CtQ) identification, risk identification, evaluation, and controls.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert project management skills, including risk management and organizational planning.
  • Personal awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Robust skills in interpreting and synthesizing data to identify areas of risk and trends.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
  • Life science or health-related discipline preferred.
  • Master's Degree in a science, technology, or industry-related discipline preferred.
