Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient business operations.
  • Development of commercial activities to achieve business objectives, including managing the catalogue, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Supporting the creation of the commercial calendar and its execution via the platform, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Workflow management and retro-planning for campaign go-live, analyzing and tracking digital competitors to stay ahead in the market.
  • Monitoring the performance of the site and related plugins, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly addressing any bugs for resolution.
  • Coordinating the activities of the development team, prioritizing open tasks and adhering to agreed release schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics is considered a strong plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
