Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Lead quality audits, assessments, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles and practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices in quality management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in quality management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
