**Our Mission**

Stiamo cercando un Software Engineer/Analista Tecnico in ambito Information and Communication Technology nel settore Bancario, che abbia partecipato attivamente a progetti di sviluppo software, con un'esperienza di almeno 2 anni.

**Responsibilities**

  • Progetterai e svilupperai software applicativi e le componenti dati a supporto dei sistemi software, massimizzandone la qualità e la performance nel rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e funzionali definite.
  • Analizzerai con il team di progetto i requisiti e le necessità di Business al fine di dettagliare le specifiche tecniche e valutare gli impatti sul software.
  • Ti occuperai della predisposizione delle stime, della pianificazione delle attività anche in team con altri colleghi, svilupperai e se del caso supervisionerai le analisi tecniche ed eventualmente l'interazione con i Fornitori per la realizzazione del software seguendo le diverse fasi progettuali, comprensive di test, rilascio in produzione e follow-up.
  • Potrai integrare la tua esperienza su Devops e nuove tecnologie (Cloud, API, Microservizi, ecc..).
  • Parteciperai al disegno di una soluzione in un ambiente complesso ad alta interazione e con le tecnologie più innovative.
  • Svolgerai il ruolo di referente applicativo nell'ambito dei Crediti Finanziamenti e supervisionerai il lavoro dei colleghi più Junior.

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 anni di esperienza in progettualità preferibilmente in ambito bancario.
  • Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze:
    • Conoscenza dei processi del credito e/o di altri ambiti di operatività della banca.
    • Autonomia di lavoro con la lingua inglese.
    • Conoscenza della metodologia di lavoro Agile.
    • Conoscenza delle tecnologie cloud e della Google Cloud Platform.
