Finance Representative

The Player Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting all guests in a pleasant, courteous, and enthusiastic manner while assisting guests with various money-related transactions and registering guest information for Players Club accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redeem Video Lottery Terminal tickets, Keno/Sportsbook tickets, and chips into currency for guests, exchange coins for cash, process poker withdrawals, and deal with cash exchanges.
• Process Global Cash checks, personal checks, and traveler's checks following strict identification guidelines.
• Issue revenue banks for FB, Hotel, Bingo/Keno, and cash wallets to Slot Attendants.
• Provide excellent guest service by answering all questions and entering guest's information into the Players Club database.
• Sell box office tickets through Star Tickets plus system and assist the Host department with VIP Special Events and concert reservations when needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Player Services area, monitor inventory, and request supplies as needed.
• Conduct Marketing promotions in accordance with the approved promotional rules.
• Perform responsibilities in compliance with the current departmental policies and procedures, staying up to date on any changes.
• Maintain awareness of, and effectively communicate to other staff, property-wide/company promotions, events, and programs.
• Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities, marketing programs to our guests.
• Safeguard Three Rivers Casino Resort assets and balances assigned bank.

Work Environment:

The Player Services Representative may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time.

Physical Requirements:

The Player Services Representative must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 8 hours.

The Player Services Representative must be able to carry, reach, twist, bend, and squat frequently.

The Player Services Representative must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.

Experience, Education, and Eligibility:

The minimum age requirement for this position is 21 years old.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

6 months of cash handling experience is preferred.

The Player Services Representative must participate in and maintain Title 31 requirements.

A general understanding of computer programs, including all Windows applications, is required.

The Player Services Representative must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally, in writing, or by other acceptable means.

The Player Services Representative must comply with pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.

The Player Services Representative must receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.

Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the department and for special casino events.
