About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating terms to execution and closure.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements;">
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence;">
  • Monitoring contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations;">
  • Managing contract modifications and amendments, documenting changes and ensuring all parties are informed;">
  • Risk Management;">
  • Preparing regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance for management and stakeholders;">
  • Analyzing contract data to identify trends and inform decision-making;">
  • Collaborating with procurement teams to prepare bid documents, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate contracts;">
  • Working closely with procurement, finance, and project management teams to ensure effective contract execution;">
  • Participating in project meetings to provide insights on contractual matters and support project success.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

A minimum of 10 years' experience in contract administration, preferably in the oil & gas sector;

">

BSc or higher in a relevant field, such as law, business, or engineering;

">

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

">

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

">

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

">

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software;

">

PMP or similar certification is an asset.
