Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Process and System Specialist to join our team at Shell. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our Canada Operations on HR processes, systems, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement Expert:
- Identify opportunities for process simplifications and improvements
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance employee experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new processes
- System Integration Specialist:
- Support the integration of HR systems, including Workday and SAP
- Resolve end-to-end HR queries and errors related to system integration
- Provide expertise on HR systems and processes to the business and teams
- Knowledge Management and Capability Building:
- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to support HR operations
- Provide training and coaching to HR teams on HR processes and systems
- Identify opportunities for capability building and implement training programs
- Continuous Improvement:
- Support global and local Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Conduct quarterly and yearly activities to ensure data quality
- Work closely with Business partners and Data Quality Team to identify root causes and fix issues
Requirements:
