This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a FP&A Partner/Cost Controller.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned business units, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide regular financial analysis and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency, partnering with business leaders to implement effective solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and analysis.
- Experience with SAP (or similar accounting packages) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
