Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Strategic Technical Leader to join our Global Product Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering functional contributions to product strategy development and execution. Your expertise will be essential in shaping and optimizing our global project strategy, ensuring alignment and integration of pharmaceutical development and R&D development plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement GTD strategies, ensuring proper alignment and integration of pharmaceutical development and R&D development plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, ensuring the right competences and skills are in place to deliver functional plans and work packages.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in R&D GTD of a pharmaceutical company and/or CRO/CDMO.
  • Highly experienced in leading and managing internal and external activities and stakeholders.
  • Experience from regulatory interactions with EMA and FDA, as well as other regulatory authorities.
  • Scientific Master Degree.
  • Fluent in English.
