Product Assurance Manager for On-Board Equipment

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Product Assurance Manager to join our team at Thales Alenia Space. As a Product Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our on-board equipment meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality plans to ensure compliance with space standards and internal quality requirements.
- Analyze customer quality requirements and define quality plans for projects.
- Ensure that all product quality activities are coordinated and controlled within the framework of the projects.
- Document and manage changes and deviations of projects.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of Non Conformance Review Boards (NRB) in case of deviations or non-compliance with any product specification.
- Identify and propose mitigation actions for critical points of the projects.
- Prepare the Certificate of Conformity (COC) and review the Essential Inspection Documentation Package (EIDP) documentation.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Italian, English (customer interface), and French language skills.
- Knowledge of hardware inspection and technical aspects of TAS Computing and Data Handling Products.
- Knowledge of Quality standards for SW and HW projects as well as QMS applicable documents for PA/QA activities.
