Breakfast Attendant Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a positive experience during breakfast.

• Breakfast Preparation: Assemble the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassemble it afterward to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Beverage Service: Receive and prepare beverage orders and serve them to our guests with a smile.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel to multiple Sonder properties throughout the local market as required.

• Guest-Centric Mindset: Possess a positive attitude and be guest-focused in all interactions.
• Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Have a good understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations.
• Organizational Skills: Be organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
• Teamwork: Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed.
• Problem-Solving: Unintimidated by using mobile apps for team collaboration and communication.
