At TOMRA, we are committed to maximizing food safety and minimizing food loss by making the most of every resource. Our global service team is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our organization in Parma.

About the Role
  • This position involves performing field service activities including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, and maintenance of equipment.
  • You will work on intelligent and pioneering technologies that help customers achieve the highest performance and reduce food waste.
  • As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be part of a global service team and report to the Field Service Coordinator.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field service or customer support and a working knowledge of basic analog and digital circuits, electrical power circuits, and PLC circuits.
