About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our team in Milan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects of various complexities, working with international delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, including information and document management, and organization of deliveries.
  • Client interface, preparation of presentations, and coordination and set up of meetings, agenda, and meeting minutes.
  • Project performance control and production of project control documentation: risk assessment, schedules, financial control, list of deliverables, reports, etc.
  • Quality control of deliverables, and coordination of project quality control processes.
  • Stakeholder management, including internal stakeholders and assisting the Design Manager with general coordination of the delivery team.
  • Coordinate and manage project subcontractors, including procurement.
  • General assistance in business development tasks, including preparation of proposal bid documentation.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields.
  • Italian and English fluent (oral and written) are essential. Other European language proficiency will be a plus.
  • Some previous experience (3-5 years) in a similar role with architecture, engineering or construction planning background.
  • Demonstrate initiative, foresight, and sound judgment in solving challenges.
  • Are a team player and able to work with different stakeholders: teams, clients, sub-consultants, and vendors.
  • Good organization skills and the ability to multitask, overseeing several projects simultaneously.
  • Are highly motivated, and willing to both learn and propose.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and general interpersonal skills.
  • Have worked within BIM environment.
  • Are an advance user of Microsoft Office software, MS Project preferred.
  • Are open to travel at work.
