About Our Team:

We're looking for an experienced Mitas Brand Governance Lead to join our marketing team in Tivoli, Italy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand governance strategy that maintains brand reputation and positioning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Guidelines:
  • Develop and maintain a brand style guide that outlines our visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging framework;
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints and channels;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our brand vision.
Brand Asset Management: Manage and distribute brand assets, including logos, imagery, and video content, to ensure consistent use across all channels.Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with brand misuse or unauthorized use;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with brand guidelines;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address brand-related issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in brand governance or a related field;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand governance strategies;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
