About the Organization & Improvement Manager Role

We are currently seeking an Organization & Improvement Manager to join our Italy Organization & Improvement Team. The successful candidate will support the Region in the proper operation of the Organizational Model and the development and implementation of Group, Area and Region projects, including organization design, organization development and change management.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include organizational design, gap analysis, role design and process development, organizational development and change management, and project management. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of organizational projects at Region level, driving the organizational evolution in terms of organizational structure, governance and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other related field, and 5-7 years of experience in management consulting companies and/or advisory, preferably in FMCG companies. You will also have experience in a wide set of organizational functions and processes, and experience and knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies and tools.
