**Key Responsibilities**

As a Study Site Start-Up Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing country-specific expertise and support during the study start-up phase
  • Collaborating with the Regional Clinical Operations Manager/Start-up Lead to ensure timely delivery of study milestones
  • Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices and escalating quality and/or GCP issues as necessary

**Essential Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline and 2 years of experience in start-up activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Italian (writing and speaking)
  • Experience in oncology global trials is preferred, but not required
