Maitre d'Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled Maitre d'Hotel to join our team at La Sommità Relais. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Plan and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and managing inventory.
• Supervise the mise-en-place of tables and ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team, including recording orders and providing exceptional guest service.
• Support the hotel's needs for breakfast and room service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Supervise the preparation of the room for all required services, including events and banquets.

• Hotel training and experience in a similar role, preferably in a starred restaurant or 4/5* hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, with a good knowledge of wines.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and leading a team.
• Communication and management skills, with a focus on customer orientation and team working.
• HACCP and fire prevention certifications.
