About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Presales Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales process by collaborating with clients at an executive level.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our top account executives to complement their account and engagement strategies with your technical expertise. Together, you will communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective buyers, ensuring key outcomes that drive business growth.

You will be responsible for matching customer requirements to proposed solutions, informing engineering teams about client needs, and providing technical information to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients at an executive level to support the sales process
  • Work closely with top account executives to complement their strategies with technical expertise
  • Communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective buyers
  • Match customer requirements to proposed solutions
  • Inform engineering teams about client needs and provide technical information
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a presales or solution architect role
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to storyboard, write, design, and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders and individual contributors
  • Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, and Business Intelligence
  • Good knowledge of SQL, data model creation, and SaaS
  • Understanding of IT architectures and cloud environments
  • Good knowledge of at least one BI tool, such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English
