About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our Electrification Service team at ABB. As a key member of our Digital RD team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our mobile applications for Field Service technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of mobile applications, ensuring alignment with Global Product Management and Field Service operations.
  • Own the product backlogs, prioritizing and scheduling user stories for sprints and defining clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate daily with Global Product Managers and the development team to ensure successful release outcomes.
  • Maintain a close relationship with field service technicians, understanding their needs to identify and prioritize features.
  • Analyze and benchmark against relevant competitor solutions to stay ahead in the field.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in the Electrification Sector.
  • Enhanced knowledge of cutting-edge technologies like Augmented Reality, cognitive services, and Large Language Models.
  • Strong affinity and understanding of software, particularly in areas such as mobile apps, digital services, and wearables.
  • Ability to simplify and articulate complex problems coherently.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
