About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Field Consultant specializing in the automotive OEM parts sector. This position involves working closely with leading automotive clients, focusing on driving sales and expanding market presence. The consultant will be responsible for engaging with OEM parts Dealerships to enhance market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boost sales of OEM parts through new and existing Trade Parts Dealers.
- Craft tailored sales and marketing initiatives for Trade Parts Dealers.
- Apply best practices in sales methodologies.
- Conduct thorough market assessments and competitor analyses.
- Develop impactful business strategies and present them effectively to clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with Trade Parts Dealers.
- Meet and exceed revenue and profitability objectives.
- Lead efforts to capture parts market share in the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management within a large automotive parts wholesaler or a successful OEM Dealer.
- Proven ability to create and implement effective business plans.
- Strong sales orientation to engage Trade Parts Dealerships at various levels.
- Demonstrated success in increasing OEM market share amidst OES competition.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive parts industry (OEM / OES).
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a collaborative, high-performance environment is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the National IAM Manager.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time commitment (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with potential for overtime.
- Frequent travel is expected.
