YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are in search of a driven, inquisitive, and resourceful professional to join our team.
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and evaluation of procedures and equipment integral to the manufacturing process. Responsibilities encompass researching automation strategies, assessing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to enhance production. The Manufacturing Engineering Raw Post Molding leverages engineering and mathematical expertise to analyze manufacturing costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) while improving processes. This role also involves cultivating relationships with other regions and participating in benchmarking activities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring compliance of manufacturing processes with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Analyzing production processes, schedules, methods, and data to provide management with insightful reports that facilitate understanding of future manufacturing requirements. This includes process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation).
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma methodologies and experimental design (DOE).
• Reviewing and calculating labor, material (both direct and indirect), and other production costs, while assessing schedules and future production needs to support management decision-making.
• Planning and analyzing workflow, equipment placement, and spatial requirements to boost manufacturing efficiency.
• Conducting benchmarking activities.
• Standardizing and optimizing processes.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Hold a degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering. Have 1-3 years of relevant experience. Possess strong analytical skills, flexibility, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
