  • Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with suppliers to book services, manage administrative tasks, and resolve quality issues.
  • Support the Manager in handling medical emergencies, providing sales updates, and maintaining quality correspondence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
