Job Title: BU Controller

Datalogic is seeking a highly skilled BU Controller to join our Planning & Control team in Calderara di Reno, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management reporting for the Board of Directors and Management, analyzing variances against budget and forecasts.
  • Support Budgeting and Forecasting activities, ensuring accurate financial planning.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on product profitability and project returns.
  • Monitor Sales and margin evolution, analyzing variances vs. Budget and prior years' results.
  • Support the implementation of new Business analytic tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Language: Fluent English, written and verbal communication.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven controlling expertise in complex multinational environments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accounting and numeric skills, with attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with a reliable working method.
  • Business acumen and ability to work proactively.
  • Curious and willing to learn attitude.
  • Team worker, with good communication and listening skills.
