Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Chiesi Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing S&Op processes for material availability in the short-mid term, collaborating with Procurement, Industrialisation, Quality, and Sites Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Analyze monthly plant requirements, consolidate corporate needs for strategic items, and manage supplier capacity.
  • Supply Chain Oversight: Ensure delivery plan continuity, optimal stock levels, and risk/opportunity management.
  • Operational Support: Provide cross-functional project support, assist change control processes, and address day-to-day urgent issues.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain within a complex setting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Data Analysis, KPI measurement, and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain Planning tools (IBP preferred).
