About the Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, and be able to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: To deliver insights about operational performance and inefficiencies, and proactively drive improvements.
  • Reporting and Analytics: To prepare weekly reports and analysis on key performance indicators, customer behavior, and network performance.
  • Process Improvement: To streamline processes, break down complex procedures into manageable steps, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst/Data Engineer or similar roles.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of SQL and PySpark to process large amounts of data (experience with Databricks is a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a startup attitude.
