We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our team at Serco. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our cloud solutions for space industry clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading space services provider and contribute to the growth and success of our cloud offerings. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud architectures that meet the needs of our clients, as well as providing technical leadership and expertise to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud architectures for space industry clients
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and space industry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-8 years' experience in software engineering and cloud architecture
  • 2-4 years' experience working on cloud projects in the space industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Cloud architect certification is a plus
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and public hyperscalers
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess technological trends
